    What to bring, what to expect, and how to arrive ready.

    Section 01

    A NOTE BEFORE WE MEET

    You booked this session because something in you knew it was time. Not time to fix everything. Not time to have all the answers. Time to finally look at the architecture of your life — honestly, specifically, and with someone who will not flinch at what you find.

    The Architecture Diagnostic is a 90-minute private session. It is not therapy. It is not coaching in the traditional sense. It is a precision diagnostic — the kind that locates exactly where the weight is living, what is causing it, and what simple structural shifts would create the most meaningful change.

    Section 02

    WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SESSION

    PHASE 1 • 30 minutes

    THE LOCATE

    We find exactly where the invisible weight is living. Not the presenting problem — the structural one underneath it. Most people discover something they suspected but had never named aloud.

    PHASE 2 • 30 minutes

    THE ILLUMINATE

    We look at the pattern. When did this start? What has it been protecting you from? What has it cost you that you have stopped noticing?

    PHASE 3 • 30 minutes

    THE DESIGN

    We identify the simple structural shifts — the pivots — that creates the most movement with the least force. You leave with a Plan Of Attack (architecture), something specific, actionable and yours.

    YOUR PRE-SESSION REFLECTION

    Please spend 20-30 minutes with these questions before we meet. Write your answers anywhere — notes app, journal, loose paper. You do not need to share them. They are to arrive with you.

    Not the situation — the feeling underneath it.

    Give it a number. Months. Years. Decades.

    What are you afraid I might see that you have not said aloud yet?

    (This one is the most important. You do not have to share it. But knowing it yourself will change what becomes possible in the room.)

    Something to write with. Water. The room to yourself if possible. 60 seconds before we begin to close other tabs and arrive.
